The Encyclopedia of Animation Techniques - Ref TR897.5 .T39 1999 - Includes overviews of animation process (tools, equipment, soundtracks, budgets) and conceptualization (structure, storyboards, script and treatment)

The Animator's Reference Book - Ref TR897.5 .P36 2005 - contains synchronized frame-by-frame photos showing a wide range of human motion

Arts & Humanities Full Text (access through the eResources page)
500 titles featuring both scholarly peer-reviewed journals and selected trade and consumer titles relevant to applied arts and cultural studies.

Design and Applied Arts Index (DAAI) (access through the eResources page)
Contains over 130,000 annotated references from more than 500 design and craft journals and newspapers published from 1973 onwards, and data on over 50,000 designers, craftspeople, studios, workshops, firms, etc. The database is not full-text.

SIRS Renaissance (access through the eResources page)
